CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to fulfill all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons include limitations on man-power available for pickup, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Our Customer Service Team will communicate to you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Service or email us at we@get-delivered.com or through Mobile App under the order details TAB in case you wish to cancel the Order. On receipt of the cancellation notice, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (less any transaction charges or banking charges that might have been incurred by us) if the order has not been processed by us. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or parcel is taken by us. In some cases this can happen in an hour after you place the order.

Refunds

If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in your Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in some cases, it may take more time. Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the service you have taken from us. If you are not satisfied with any service, we will accept refund within 3 days as mentioned under Refund policies.

Damaged/Defective

In the unlikely event that any parcel delivered by us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had booked, you may return the parcel unopened along with in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 3 hours from the time on which these parcels are delivered. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement. Refund shall be initiated once the products reaches back our warehouse and necessary checks are completed to clear the refund process. NOTE: Products that have been tampered and/or opened cannot be returned in this manner. Refunds of, once approved will be refunded in the respective Card or Bank used while making payment of the order.
